About the Producer & Host

Hi! My name is Eleanor and I am a third year PhD researcher at the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, Ireland. My research is split into two main topics: investigating the seismology on the Sierra Negra volcano, Galápagos, and improving science communication.

I decided to start this podcast because there are A LOT of volcanoes and I want to learn about every single one of them!
